I was wondering what do you do,with the frozen thawed rats that your snakes refuse? Do you throw them out or do you refreeze them for later use? Thanks.

WOW! Thats gross,

I would suggest you NEVER re-freeze a food item. There is so much nasty internal stuff that goes on in an intact dead animal.

MAYBE if you had just started to thaw it in the fridge but then decided you didnt need it. Maybe a snake was going into shed and you just noticed it. Then you could get away with refreezing.

But if you actually offered it, meaning it was fully thawed and you heated it and everything, I would absolutely throw it away.

I couldn't agree more! Lucky me, my Pyxie frogs love rat pups!
