IRES Reptiles

In 2002 we started keeping geckos. A year later we began breeding them and Crested Gecko NL was born. A few years later in 2005 we started keeping Python Regius better known as Ball Pythons. As with many others, it was not going to be just a few snakes for keeping. At the moment we bought our first Balls we knew we wanted to breed them and make lots of combinations, Ballpythons NL was born. We started to invest in new morphs and soon we had a nice collection.

We hatched our first Balls in 2008 and in 2010 we already bred morphs like Butter Pinstripe, Stinger Bee, Butter Spinner, Pewter Bee and Killer Bee so it was quite a good start. Ballpythons NL started as a co-operation between two good friends and their wives. Both couples started keeping Balls at the same time and gathered their forces to start well.

This went to where we are today. At the 18^th of April 2011 we went professional. Two new companies were born, IR-Reptiles and ES-Reptiles. These two companies work together very closely under the name of IRES-Reptiles.

We all have our own tasks in IRES-Reptiles. We do everything ourselves, from building racks, incubators, building and maintaining the websites and off course the caretaking of the snakes. As you can understand it's quite busy for the four of us.

We do not know what the future will bring but for now it looks promising we have some nice projects for the near future so keep an eye out on what we are going to do. Interested?  Take a look at our website and feel free to contact us.
